FAD-15 Utiilisation des Ressources
*TSF Expected Resource in accordance with the agreed ADF-15 Resource Allocation Framework. It doesn’t incorporate carry overs from ADF-14. **TSF Pillar I country allocations and TSF Pillar I unallocated reserves. ***TSF Pillar II resources were carried over from previous cycles. In April 2021, TSF Pillar II provided UA 295.4 million through (i) the transfer of UA 151.4 million from TSF Pillar II to directly offset Sudan’s African Development Bank (ADB) arrears and provide resources to cover charges due up to 31st July 2022; and (ii) transfer of UA 144 million from TSF Pillar II to TSF Pillar I to finance a Policy-Based Operation (PBO) aiming at clearing arears to ADF. TSF Pillar II resources, approvals and balance are not included in the totals to keep an overview of the utilization of ADF-15 resources.
